Centrs MARTA

On the International Youth Day (12.08.2022), the youth festival KOPUMS took place in Dzintari Forest Park. 

At least 70 attendees visited The MARTA Center tent and all of them had an opportunity to:

• discuss prejudices together with the young people of the European Youth Dialogue and representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science. And sharing experiences - how traditional harmful gender roles and norms affect their everyday life and decisions;
• co-create paintings of HEALTHY and UNHEALTHY relationships;
• create collages, breaking the stereotypes of "real women" and "real men";
• add to the list - what must happen in order for the first sexual experience to be safe, both physically and emotionally;
• take the test "How healthy my relationships are?"
• learn about Center MARTA's projects: ID PRO and the manual on how to make mobilities more inclusive and Re-GROUP: methodology of youth groups for the prevention of violence in the youth environment.
