As part of the EBRD's (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) community initiative, we call for donations to women and their children who are in a vulnerable situation and experiencing all forms of violence.
During the COVID emergency, we see that it is becoming increasingly important for individuals and businesses to donate to reducing domestic violence, for which we are grateful to every donor, as every euro makes a significant contribution to reducing violence and protecting women and children from even greater risks.
When donating to the EBRD under a Community Initiative project, each euro donated will be doubled. Project donation account: LV05RIKO0002930335483.
The average amount of services for one woman is consultations of 10 specialists (social worker, lawyer, psychologist, psychotherapist), which together with their administration costs 700 EUR.
The demand for help from women affected by the COVID crisis has doubled. We call for donations to provide rehabilitation services to women victims and their children so that women can take care of their children and live without danger.
MARTA Centre appreciates every donation, ensures its targeted use and hopes for further cooperation and support.
